Kathy Dodd

Ms. Dodd, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of The Corridor Group, Inc. (TCG), Corridor International (CI) and Corridor Media, is one of the nation’s most experienced and accomplished home care industry executives. Over the past 30 years, Kathy has held key executive positions with businesses focused on the management and delivery of home care in the United States and abroad. Increased interest in the development of international home care services culminated with the founding of CI in 1999. Through CI, Kathy formed a joint venture relationship with one of Turkey’s largest companies to develop and deliver home care services in Istanbul.
For more than 20 years, Ms. Dodd has led TCG by providing industry expertise and insight to health care providers, payers and manufacturers. Kathy helped develop national standards for care for the home health industry through her six years on the Joint Commission Home Care Professional Technical Advisory Committee. She also served two terms on NAHC’s Board of Directors.
She has been the visionary behind promoting the use of eLearning and advanced technology in home care and hospice. Over the past 10 years, TCG has made significant investments into eLearning technology and was the first in the industry to offer services to providers.
Having served over 2,000 home care and hospice providers, she has led TCG to be well positioned as the leading home care resource organization and provides consulting, executive search and education services, manuals and tools, and TCG CHEX eLearning.
Kathy writes and lectures on topics that are currently challenging the home care market while continuing to focus on leadership, strategy and the development of new business opportunities for TCG and clients.
