Wayne Gribling
Executive Search Analyst
Mr. Gribling has over 15 years experience as a research analyst in the professional services industry. He has also provided content/knowledge management expertise to clients in a variety of industries including healthcare, technology, consumer goods and the public sector. Prior to joining The Corridor Group, Wayne served as a Senior Research Analyst for IBM Global Services and a Senior Researcher for PwC Consulting.
In his role of Executive Search Research Analyst for TCG, Wayne supports the Vice President of Executive Search and Executive Recruiters in the execution of search assignments. He not only helps to formulate search strategies for clients but also takes the lead in identifying candidate and provider targets appropriate to fill open positions. In addition, Wayne manages TCG’s proprietary candidate database and tracks healthcare trends, home health and hospice corporate information, and high profile industry executives to ensure that TCG’s information is up-to-date and leading edge.
Mr. Gribling has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Jose State University and a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Southern California.
